We made an e-learning module for the Scottish Government Equalities team. They want staff to take into account the needs of all those at risk of being overlooked when a new policy is developed. Big staff, big ask. Using a narrative cartoon, the module explains step by step, how you go about doing an Equalities Impact Assessment. With subtitles,  audio-description…  and laughs.
