Renfrewshire Council’s Tackling Poverty team commissioned the website on behalf of a partnership of advice providers. As a key part of the programme to tackle child poverty in Renfrewshire, the website was to contain information about advice providers in the area, and help guide users to the best organisations to find the advice they need.

With clear directions about the look and feel, the functionality and the content of Advice Renfrewshire’s new website, based on their consultation with users, we set to work.

We prioritised getting the website built as soon as possible, and focused on real user testing and improvements in response to feedback, so as to ensure that the website really works as well as it can for all the different kinds of people who will use it.

“We found it very easy to work with media co-op and ended up with exactly the product we wanted in the timescale we needed. media co-op demonstrated a real understanding of our clients and had an emphasis on the end user, which fitted very well with our way of working”.
