BRIEF
Creating a 2 minute infographic animation about the benefits of membership.

WHAT WE DID
Co-operatives like Scotmid are owned and controlled by their members - but how to get across the message of what membership means and where it can take you?
mediaco-op came up with the idea of an animation to tell the membership story in just two minutes. We developed the narrative "From the Bag to the Boardroom" and devised the “Scotmid monster” characters, to promote the benefits of co-operative membership.

BRANDING

Media co-op developed the creatures for this animation however they also gave Scotmid an identity for their Membership programme. Scotmid had been looking for a way to giving their membership programme an identity that people could relate to. The friendly Membership creatures (created by Media co-op working with the designer Jen Arnott) were designed to represent the broad make up of Scotmid’s membership. They now appear on all of Scotmid’s membership materials.
